Professional Development and Training

Creation4Education provides a range of Professional Development Programs supporting staff and students in the use of ICT applications, systems and emerging technologies. Programs range from 2 hour to full day sessions. Programs can also be designed to support staff and students over an extended period of time to enable consolidation and development of skills.

Interactive Whiteboards ~ Full day and half-day programs for beginners and intermediate users in the integration and effective use of Interactive Whiteboards.

Computers in the Classroom ~ This program introduces teachers to the integration of computers in the classroom, supporting effective teaching and learning strategies. It provides a range of hands-on activities to enable staff to confidently and competently implement ICT resources.

Emerging Technologies ~ A range of emerging technologies and hardware is explored to support teachers in expanding their ICT repertoire. These include blogs, wikis, digital photos and video, podcasts and webcams.

Online Collaboration ~ This program provides teachers with a clear strategy and plan for establishing local, national and international links with other educational communities. Resources and technologies which will assist this collaboration will also be explored.

Portals and myclasses ~ Full day and half-day programs for beginners and intermediate users exploring either myclasses or portal software, including SharePoint Portal.


Microsoft Office ~ Full day and half-day programs for beginners and intermediate users in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.
